Terms & Policies
Welcome to our Terms & Policies page. Here, you’ll find essential information regarding our services, policies, and your responsibilities as a user of Repeat Spanish.
Class Policies, Cancellations & Refunds
Please review the policies below regarding lesson packages, cancellations, refunds, scheduling, and other important information related to your lessons with Repeat Spanish. Click on any section to view the details.
Package Validity
Each package is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
After 6 months, any unused lessons will automatically expire and can no longer be used unless a special arrangement has been made. Such exceptions are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the person who purchased them.
The expiration date of a package will not be extended due to cancellations, absences, or a student’s lack of availability.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Lessons must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance.
If a cancellation is made less than 12 hours before the scheduled lesson, the lesson will be considered used and charged accordingly.
If a student has not joined the lesson within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time and has not notified us of a delay, the instructor may leave the meeting, and the lesson will be considered completed and charged accordingly.
Special Circumstances and Emergencies
In cases of force majeure (such as serious personal emergencies or significant technical issues during a lesson), a reschedule may be considered if the situation is justified and communicated appropriately.
Rescheduling in these circumstances is not automatic and is not guaranteed. Each case will be reviewed individually by our team.
Flexibility as a Courtesy
In certain situations, we may offer flexibility as a gesture of goodwill (for example, rescheduling a lesson that was canceled late).
However, such flexibility is not an obligation and does not establish a precedent for future situations.
Whenever an exception is made, the student will be informed and reminded of the official policy for future reference.
Although these policies establish our general operating guidelines, Repeat Spanish may offer exceptions or alternative solutions when circumstances reasonably justify them.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a lesson package has been purchased. However, in certain circumstances, flexibility regarding rescheduling may be considered.
Student Responsibility
Students are responsible for managing their schedules and keeping track of their lesson expiration dates. Lessons missed due to personal scheduling conflicts will not be refunded or automatically rescheduled. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, so each situation may be reviewed individually and, whenever possible, alternative solutions may be considered.
Technical Issues
Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection, a functioning device, and the necessary software to participate in lessons.
In the event of technical issues on the student’s side (including, but not limited to, internet failures, audio or video problems, power outages, or device-related issues), the lesson will be considered completed and charged as scheduled unless otherwise agreed.
If the technical issue is determined to be on Repeat Spanish’s side, the lesson will be rescheduled without any loss of credits.
Rescheduling by Repeat Spanish
In exceptional circumstances, Repeat Spanish reserves the right to reschedule a lesson.
When this occurs, students will be notified as early as possible and offered an alternative date and time without any loss of credits or additional charges.
Recording and Camera Policy
Lessons will not be recorded by Repeat Spanish or by students.
Recording, screen capturing, broadcasting, or distributing any part of a lesson is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from Repeat Spanish.
To ensure an effective and interactive learning experience, cameras must remain on during lessons unless an exception has been approved in advance for valid reasons.
Conduct and Respect
Repeat Spanish is committed to providing a safe, professional, and respectful learning environment.
Abusive, offensive, discriminatory, intimidating, or otherwise inappropriate behavior toward instructors, staff, or other students will not be tolerated.
Repeat Spanish reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to lessons and services without refund in cases of violation of this policy.
Trial Lessons
Trial lessons are limited to one per student.
Repeat Spanish reserves the right to cancel or reject additional trial lesson bookings made by the same individual using different accounts or email addresses
Lesson Platform
Lessons are conducted exclusively through Google Meet.
Before each lesson, students will receive an access link using the email address provided during the booking process. In most cases, the same link will be used for recurring lessons; however, Repeat Spanish reserves the right to use a different link or account whenever necessary for technical or operational reasons.
Requests to use alternative platforms may be considered on a case-by-case basis. However, Repeat Spanish does not guarantee the availability of lessons through other platforms and reserves the right to determine the communication platform used for all sessions.
