📝 Class Policies, Cancellations & Refunds

At Repeat Spanish, I want your learning experience to be flexible, clear, and fair. These policies are designed to protect both your time and mine, ensuring a professional and respectful learning environment.


âś… Package Validity

  • Each package is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • After 6 months, unused classes will automatically expire and can no longer be used, unless a special agreement is reached. These exceptions are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the person who purchased them.

❌ Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Classes must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 5 hours in advance.
  • If the cancellation is made with less than 5 hours’ notice, the class will be charged as taken.
  • If 15 minutes pass after the scheduled start time and the student has not arrived or informed of a delay, the tutor may leave the meeting and the class will still be charged.

đź’¬ Special Cases & Emergencies

  • In cases of force majeure (serious personal emergencies or technical issues during the class), rescheduling may be considered if the situation is justified and properly communicated.
  • Rescheduling in these cases is not automatic or guaranteed and will be evaluated individually by the tutor.

🤝 Flexibility as a Courtesy

  • In some situations, I may offer flexibility as a courtesy (e.g., rescheduling a class that was cancelled late).
  • However, this flexibility is not an obligation nor does it set a precedent.
  • You’ll be informed when an exception is made, along with a reminder of the official policy for future reference.

No Refund Policy:
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a class package has been purchased. However, flexibility in rescheduling may be considered under specific circumstances.

Student Responsibility:
It is the student’s responsibility to manage their schedule and keep track of class expiration dates. Missed classes due to personal scheduling conflicts will not be refunded or automatically rescheduled but again rescheduling may be considered under specific circumstances.

These terms are subject to change. Any updates will be communicated in advance via email or posted on the official website.
